Dual-Layer Spark Resistant Hose

SHPI Spark Resistant Dual-Layer Hose is developed using polyurethane for the inner layer and a specially formulated flame-retardant coating for the outer layer.

This hose is especially suitable for demanding work environments where heat and welding sparks are present. The outer layer protects the hose from welding splatter, preventing potential damage caused by direct contact.

The outer layer complies with UL 94 V-0 standards and offers excellent insulation properties. It is resistant to oil, grease, water-based solutions, ozone, heat aging, and ultraviolet light.

Compared to conventional rubber hoses, SHPI Dual-Layer Spark Resistant Hoses are lighter, making them a preferred choice for automated welding lines.
